1. Promoter
   This prize draw is organised by Climb Channel Solutions Ireland (Climb) in partnership with HPE.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, participants must:
   • Attend all three webinars in the HPE webinar series.
   • Attend the full duration (30 minutes) of each webinar session to be qualified as an attendee.
   • Be a current transacting HPE partner.
   • Register and attend using a valid company email address (personal email addresses will not be accepted).
3. Prize
   • One winner will receive a €100 Amazon gift voucher.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Selection
   • All eligible participants who meet the criteria above will be entered into a random draw.
   • The winner will be contacted via email with the company email address used for registration by a member of the Climb team from an approved Climb email address.
5. Prize Acceptance
   • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Climb reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. General
   • Climb reserves the right to verify eligibility and attendance records.
   • Climb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
   • By participating in the webinar series and prize draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
7. Data Protection
   • Personal information provided for webinar registration and prize draw administration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for the purposes of administering the webinar series and prize draw.
