Introducing Flexxible<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Flexxible platform uses a combination of automation, monitoring, support and observability tools \u2013 all within a single pane of glass \u2013 to make workspace management simple and effective, without sacrificing user experience and productivity. We achieve this by focusing on a critical question: How can we automate and auto-remediate issues on the platforms that your customers use?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consider a large organisation with a diverse workforce, numerous devices, and a variety of use cases. These organisations often face significant support overheads, yet lack clarity on the daily activities and challenges of their user base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s a practical example. Our new product, FlexxClient, builds on this foundation. It is a completely SaaS-based, all-in-one solution that combines analysis, support, and automation, delivered through a single agent and a unified set of tools but packaged for broader applicability and ease of use than its DaaS counterpart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strength of FlexxClient lies in its full observability of environmental dynamics, offering detailed reports on slowdowns, app-level and user-level issues, and real-time problem snapshots. This clear visibility and troubleshooting capability enables support teams to address issues quickly and effectively, delivering faster remediation and responses to end-users with better data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
