Across EMEA, we welcomed new team members, new vendors, and expanded into new markets. But this year was not defined by growth alone. It was about strengthening relationships, sharpening our focus on what good distribution really looks like, and making sure every partner and vendor experience one Climb, wherever they engage with us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/news\/welcome-to-theclimbway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">#TheClimbWay<\/a> is really about. It\u2019s the ethos that now underpins everything from how we launch vendors to how we empower our teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s also been a year of asking hard questions about our role in the channel. What kind of distributor do partners actually need in an era of AI and automation? How can we identify where emerging technologies create real value for partners and their customers? And how do we onboard vendors quickly without losing the human element that\u2019s always defined us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those questions shaped everything we did in 2025, from our first EMEA-wide Sales Kick-off to the launch of our AI Partner Program, The Skyward Project, alongside our continued investment in education, data-led insights, and ESG commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>One EMEA team<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The year began with our first EMEA SKO. Teams who\u2019d only collaborated on screens finally worked side by side, sharing challenges and defining what \u2018Together We Climb\u2019 means in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Partner engagement across EMEA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our events calendar was packed in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our<strong> Partner Summit in London<\/strong> set the tone for the year, with sessions dedicated to AI and how partners can turn this emerging technology into measurable business impact. It also marked the official launch of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/the-skyward-project\/\">The Skyward Project<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/climb-ai-academy\/\">the Climb AI Academy<\/a>,<\/strong> which have since become core to how we enable partners in this space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From there, we took our events across borders. In Ireland and Germany, we hosted<strong> Climb Connect,<\/strong> bringing together strategic vendor partners and resellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were also out in force at industry events, from <strong>FIC in France <\/strong>and<strong> IT-SA in Germany<\/strong> to the<strong> MSP Show in London<\/strong> &#8211; strengthening relationships with vendors, exploring new partnerships, and sharing insight on how the channel is adapting to AI, compliance, and modern workplace transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We closed the calendar with <strong>Partner Edge in London and Dublin<\/strong> \u2013 two full-house days of discussion and debate on where the channel is heading next. And we\u2019re already planning the first <strong>Partner Edge Munich for early 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the year, Climb placed deliberate emphasis on sustaining partner relationships, because we believe in the importance of showing up. That meant regular, in-person engagement, supporting partner and vendor events, and remaining involved beyond initial conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>#TheClimbWay and ESG<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TheClimbWay is built on four principles: speed to market, emerging technology, data-driven decisions, and being powered by people. In 2025, our team showed how those principles extend beyond business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across EMEA, our teams supported over 30 charities, volunteered 618 hours, and raised almost \u00a340,000 for local and international causes. From&nbsp;funding a new playground for&nbsp;a local primary school&nbsp;in Devon&nbsp;to&nbsp;sponsored hikes in aid of the Irish Hospice,&nbsp;these initiatives were employee-led.&nbsp;You can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/news\/looking-back-at-a-year-of-giving-at-climb\/\">read a full recap&nbsp;here&nbsp;of our 2025&nbsp;charitable&nbsp;initiatives<\/a>, led by Sam Edwards,&nbsp;Head of Sales Operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the start of 2025, Climb partnered with Fifty Shades Greener to&nbsp;assess&nbsp;our&nbsp;carbon footprint across UK and Irish operations. We also launched our Green Leaders Programme.&nbsp;Certified ESG leaders&nbsp;are now driving Scope 3 reviews and a full materiality assessment, alongside defined targets to reduce emissions by 62%&nbsp;by 2028 and reach net zero by 2030.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Leading the conversation on AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Real support. Real solutions. Real AI impact, together.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That line sums up how Climb approached AI in 2025 and why our focus stands out from the rest of the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than adding further to abstract discussions, our emphasis was on making AI understandable and usable for the channel. That meant stripping back complexity, focusing on real workflows, and helping partners distinguish between credible use cases and noisy hypotheticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/news\/the-skyward-project-climb-channel-solutions-uk-launches-ai-partner-program\/\">The Skyward Project<\/a> in May formalised that approach. It brings together a structured six-step onboarding and enablement pathway, practical training through the Climb AI Academy, peer collaboration through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/climb-ai-business-user-group\/\">AI Business User Group,<\/a> and vendor-supported use case development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside this, we commissioned and published<a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/news\/ai-readiness-report-2025-despite-ai-spend-increasing-ai-it-decision-makers-within-enterprises-want-more\/\"> the AI Readiness Report 2025<\/a>, a study of enterprise leaders and IT decision-makers&nbsp;in the UK, Ireland, and Germany. The findings reinforced what&nbsp;we\u2019ve&nbsp;seen firsthand: AI investment is growing, but so are the challenges of governance, skills, and integration.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This focus on research and education reflects Climb\u2019s wider commitment to thought leadership. Our role as a distributor extends beyond&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;and licensing; it includes helping the channel understand technology changes,&nbsp;anticipate&nbsp;demand, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;real-world use cases before they reach the mainstream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Campaigns that delivered measurable outcomes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, we placed greater emphasis on outcome-driven activity with creative campaigns that deliver measurable value:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ManageEngine: a data-led upsell and cross-sell campaign that combined customer profiling with technical enablement, contributing to a 48% year-on-year increase in UK channel revenue.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/news\/igel-and-climb-expand-treadmill-channel-program-as-pipeline-approaches-1m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IGEL Treadmill:<\/a> extended into 2026 after generating 151 qualified leads, 51 end-user appointments, and a pipeline approaching \u00a31M.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/why-climb-for-your-indirect-microsoft-business\/\">Microsoft MSP<\/a>: a refreshed proposition for Microsoft MSPs, positioning Climb as a trusted growth partner in the Microsoft ecosystem.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our creative campaigns this year showed that distribution marketing&nbsp;can be&nbsp;fun&nbsp;and&nbsp;engaging:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/uk\/lp\/climb-compliance-cafe\/\">Compliance Caf\u00e9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/uk\/lp\/climbs-trick-or-treat-cyber-sweet-shop\/\">Cyber Trick or Treat Sweet Shop<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/uk\/golden-ticket-2025\/\">Golden Ticket Giveaway<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Modern Workplace Virtual Roundtable brought together <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/ie\/lp\/smarter-together-four-vendors-one-seamless-workplace-experience\/\">ControlUp, IGEL, Parallels RAS, and Recast,<\/a>&nbsp;showcasing&nbsp;how combined vendor ecosystems deliver greater efficiency and security at scale.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These campaigns earned Climb the IGEL Best Marketing Innovation Award and a finalist at the CRN Channel Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Growing our EMEA footprint<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our growth in&nbsp;EMEA&nbsp;has been both steady and strategic.&nbsp;We&nbsp;launched a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.climbcs.com\/de\">German-language website<\/a> and added new roles to strengthen vendor and partner engagement.&nbsp;In 2026,&nbsp;we\u2019ll&nbsp;be launching our French-language website.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expanding our presence and recognition across EMEA this year&nbsp;has laid the&nbsp;foundations&nbsp;for further growth in 2026 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Looking back and looking ahead<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 has been a year of alignment: one team, one structure, one purpose.&nbsp;We\u2019ve&nbsp;brought focus to our growth, depth to our&nbsp;expertise, and clarity to our message.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across partners, vendors, and colleagues, the work done this year reflects a shared commitment to building something thoughtful&nbsp;and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em> Thank you to everyone who played a part in shaping it.&nbsp;Here\u2019s&nbsp;to 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2025, Climb truly found its rhythm.
