Climb’s Golden Ticket Giveaway 2025 Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
- The promoter of this competition is Climb Channel Solutions (“Climb”), whose registered offices are located in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- Climb reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Eligibility
- The competition is open exclusively to reseller partners located in Ireland and the UK.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or older to participate.
- Entries submitted by persons outside this region or using ineligible contact details will not be considered.
- Entries made using a false name or false email address will not be accepted.
- Only business email addresses will be accepted (e.g., @company.com). Entries from free email services (e.g., @gmail, @outlook, etc.) will be excluded.
- All entries must be submitted directly by the individual entering the competition. False names or email addresses will void participation.
- Climb reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries deemed invalid or fraudulent.
- The competition is not open to any employees of Climb Global Solutions or its affiliates (including Climb Channel Solutions, Grey Matter, Climb Global Solutions, and Climb Global Services).
- Competition Dates
- The competition opens at 10:00 AM on 25th November 2025 and closes at 10:00 AM on 17th December 2025.
- Weekly questions will open each Tuesday at 10:00 AM GMT and close Wednesday at 10:00 AM GMT (24 hours later) or earlier if the maximum number of submissions is reached.
- Entry Conditions
- A correct answer to the weekly question is required to qualify for a chance to receive a chocolate bar.
- Only the first 150 valid submissions with correct answers will be sent a chocolate bar each week, with a maximum of 150 bars distributed weekly across the UK and Ireland.
- Entrants may submit one entry per week.
- A maximum of four chocolate bars can be sent to any individual over the course of the campaign.
- If multiple entries are submitted by the same person using different details (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, or locations), only one entry will count per week.
- Entries must include a valid business email and a complete physical postal address. Failure to provide an address will result in non-delivery.
- Submitting a correct answer does not guarantee receipt of a chocolate bar, as quantities are limited.
- Golden Ticket Winners
- Recipients of chocolate bars containing a Golden Ticket must email a photo of themselves with the ticket (a selfie) to marketing@climbcs.ie or marketing@climbcs.co.uk to claim a prize.
- Winners will be contacted directly by the Climb Marketing Team and liaised with via email.
- Golden ticket winners must choose their prize from the list provided by 5:00 PM GMT on Wednesday 7th January 2025. Failure to respond by this time will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Prizes
- Each golden ticket winner may select one prize only from the list provided in the competition announcement.
- Cash alternatives are not available.
- Prizes are subject to availability and may vary by location. If an item becomes unavailable, Climb reserves the right to request that the winner select an alternative prize of similar value. This can either be an alternative version of the prize, or the winner can choose a different prize from the list.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- A full list of potential prizes can be viewed in the competition announcement or on the Climb website.
- Delivery
- Please allow 3–4 working days for the delivery of chocolate bars.
- Prize delivery times may vary depending on the selected item and supplier.
- As the campaign runs during the festive period, delivery delays may occur.
- Climb reserves the right to cap weekly entrants or delay fulfilment to manage logistics.
- Data Protection
- By entering the competition, you consent to Climb and its agencies or suppliers storing and using your personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and prize fulfilment.
- By entering the competiton you agree to your details to be shared with our sponsoring vendor of that week, which will include your name, email address, and job title.
- You may be contacted by that vendor in relation to their products or services, but only in line with GDPR regulations.
- Your data will be shared with the sponsoring vendor, but you have the right to unsubscribe at any time from their communications.
- Your data will be processed in accordance with Climb’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.climbcs.com/uk/legal/privacy/
- Tax Liability
- The prize recipient and their employer are solely responsible for declaring any benefit-in-kind to the tax authorities and operating PAYE/PRSI as applicable. Climb accepts no responsibility for any related tax obligations.
- General
- By participating in the competition or accepting a prize, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Climb reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation of any entrant found to have broken these rules.
- In the event of any dispute, Climb’s decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Climb shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of any prize, except where it cannot be excluded by law.
