This applies wherever our people are working: in our offices, at home, on calls and video meetings, at your premises, while travelling, and at events and hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we expect from our customers, vendors, resellers and partners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask everyone who interacts with our team to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>treat our people with courtesy, professionalism and respect, in person, online, on the phone and in writing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid any conduct that could be offensive, intimidating, degrading or humiliating, including comments, jokes, messages or images of a sexual nature, unwanted physical contact, or remarks about someone\u2019s appearance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not harass anyone because of their sex, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keep business contact to business channels and appropriate times, and respect personal boundaries; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow the conduct standards that apply at our events and hospitality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What happens if these standards are not met<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our people are empowered to end any call, meeting or conversation where they experience inappropriate behaviour, and they have our full support in doing so. We take every concern seriously. Depending on the circumstances, we may raise the matter with your organisation\u2019s senior management, change the people who manage your account, ask you to leave an event, or suspend or end our business relationship. Where behaviour may be criminal, we will support our employees in reporting it to the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our commitment to you<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hold ourselves to the same standards.
