When you speak to us,&nbsp;you\u2019re&nbsp;speaking with people&nbsp;who\u2019ve&nbsp;been where you are and understand the challenges first-hand.&nbsp;&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Kyle: How important is having real, UK-based technical support?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s\u00a0a big deal, and something\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0genuinely proud of. You can visit our offices in Devon and meet the people who handle your sales, operations, and support. We know our partners personally, and we like it that way.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many MSPs, that level of access is a surprise, especially if&nbsp;they\u2019ve&nbsp;been dealing with outsourced support or offshore call centres. When something matters to your business, you want to talk to someone&nbsp;who\u2019s&nbsp;accountable, not just available.&nbsp;&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Kyle:&nbsp;How does this&nbsp;programme&nbsp;help MSPs build long-term success&nbsp;with Microsoft, not just short-term wins?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Here\u2019s\u00a0an example. When Microsoft introduces a major change, the sales team needs to understand it well enough to talk to customers. The technical team needs to know how it affects deployment. And ideally, someone should have already prepared customer-ready comms explaining it clearly.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If that&nbsp;isn\u2019t&nbsp;happening, all that work falls on a single over-stretched CTO or architect, and&nbsp;that\u2019s&nbsp;just not sustainable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our framework brings structure to all of that. It ensures partners stay informed, aligned, and supported, so they can focus on growing their business instead of chasing information.&nbsp;&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\"><strong>Kyle:&nbsp;What do you wish Climb\u2019s customers knew about Climb\u2019s Microsoft practice?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;Typically, distributors sell 80-90%\u00a0CSP \u2013\u00a0mainly Microsoft\u00a0365 licenses, with a small amount of Azure. At Climb,\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0the opposite.\u00a0Roughly three-quarters\u00a0of the Microsoft we distribute is Azure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That should tell you something:&nbsp;we\u2019re&nbsp;exceptionally strong in Azure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many MSPs see Azure as the hard part and Modern Workplace licensing as the easy part \u2013 and&nbsp;that\u2019s&nbsp;fair.
