Yes! Once you Register for CPC, your hotel reservation (room & tax) will be arranged and paid for by Climb with a Check-in date on Monday, March 2nd and a Check-out date on Thursday, March 5^th, 2026. You are responsible for providing a credit card at hotel check in for your incidental charges only. 

A confirmation # will be sent to you closer to the conference.

Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island has a check-in time starting at 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. You may be able to request an early check-in directly with the hotel, and if your room is not ready, the hotel can store your luggage.

The rule of thumb is business casual. For Climb employees, Climb logo-wear is not required but very much encouraged. For our Sponsors, your company logo-wear is not required but encouraged.

Climb employees attending CPC are responsible for booking their flights and will be reimbursed by Climb for necessary travel expenses (flight, uber, airport parking, etc.)  Please submit your travel expenses from attending CPC into Emburse as you normally would for your work-related expenses.  Your hotel room reservation will be arranged by Alissa Plumley based on your registration and will be billed to Climb’s event master.  However, you are responsible for providing a credit card at hotel check in for your incidental charges.

If you choose to bring a guest, Climb will not reimburse you for any of your guest’s travel expenses.  Please reach out directly to your manager with any questions regarding this.

Please note: Receipts for any of these expenses MUST be provided in the 2026 CPC Reimbursement Form in order to receive payment from Climb. Climb will send reimbursement checks approximately (2) weeks after CPC concludes, and possibly longer depending on when we receive completed Reimbursement Forms.  

Yes! Climb is happy to reimburse you and your guest’s flight of UP TO $500 per person. Once you have arranged your flight(s), please provide your receipts and complete the 2026 CPC Reimbursement Form. After completing this form and providing your receipts, Climb will send you a physical check owed for your travel expenses. This includes reimbursement of up to $500 per person for Flight(s) AND up to $150 of the cost of your Uber/Lyft ride roundtrip from the Jacksonville Airport to the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island resort.
