After an incredible first EMEA SKO in 2025, we’re lacing up our boots and scaling even greater heights in 2026. The EMEA SKO returns for its second year – bigger, bolder, and more ambitious than ever. This one-day event is your basecamp for the year ahead, bringing together our Executive team, our Field and Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Alliances, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and our valued key vendor partners.

This year, we’re climbing higher. Through a mix of keynote sessions, interactive workshops, networking, some team fun and surprises along the way, we’ll align on strategic goals for 2026, and share the tools and techniques to conquer the year’s toughest peaks (Can you tell we’re leaning heavily into the mountain connotations this year!!).

About the Venue

It was so good in 2025, we’re heading back for 2026! Formerly the home of two nineteenth-century banks and showcasing period features, the Harbour Hotel Bristol is perfectly located to uncover a hive of activity along Bristol’s Corn Street, the city’s docks and the central hub.

The SKO will take place in their vast Sansovino Hall (with added team/division breakout rooms, new for 2026!), which will provide the perfect environment for creativity and inspiration to bloom. It may be the same venue, but we’ll be pulling out all the stops to make it a completely different experience for our team and sponsoring vendors.

In the form you will submit which office you’re based (i.e. Ashburton, Dublin, Amsterdam, etc). From this information the company will organise your travel and be in touch with the details. If you work remotely in the UK please organise travel as normal with Emma Jenkins.

Yes! Climb EMEA SKO 2026 will be an all day event on Wednesday 4th February, going into an evening of awards, hospitality, networking and fun! We have all rooms booked in the Harbour Hotel, as well as a selection of rooms in 2 nearby hotels – It’s going to be a Climb Takeover!

If you’re travelling from afar and think you will require a room for Tuesday 3rd February, please speak with your line manager to arrange – This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Details of your hotel and room will be sent to your prior to the event.

Whether you’re in Grey Matter, Climb or Climb Global Services and work in sales, operations, technical, finance, HR, marketing or IT – The answer is YES! The agenda is being built to provide value and celebration for the whole team of Climb Global Solutions.

Registration will start at 09:00am on Wednesday 4th February with sessions to commence at around 10am. We will go late into the night with awards, entertainment and more. Full agenda is still being worked on but we anticipate we will leave for our respective offices and homes by midday on Thursday 5th February.

Day session: Feel free to wear what you would usually wear on a working day – Bonus points for Climb clothing!

Evening: For this portion of the day we’d love to see you in your best formal attire – Grab your favourite suit or dress for a night of food, drinks, awards and evening entertainment to celebrate a fantastic 2025 and gear up for an even better 2026!
