One year ago, Climb Channel Solutions formally established its presence in the DACH region. Over the past twelve months we have focused on building a strong foundation: integrating into the market, introducing new vendors, creating training and enablement programmes, and delivering value through targeted events.
It has been a busy and productive first year, and this recap highlights the main developments.
Market Entry and First Events
We marked our entry with a dedicated launch event for a select group of partners and vendors. The event generated strong press coverage and positioned Climb Channel Solutions as a new distributor with a clear commitment to the DACH region.
From there, our presence has steadily grown. We held our first Climb Connect AI & Security Day, bringing together 26 partners and 7 sponsoring vendors in a full-day programme. The discussions showed both the appetite for emerging technology and the benefit of creating a forum where partners and vendors could exchange perspectives openly directly.
We have also taken part in several key industry events, including the Service Provider Summit and the Pure Storage Partner Roadshow, ensuring that our team remains visible and accessible across the market. In addition, we launched the AI Business User Group with four sessions in 2025 across Munich, Frankfurt, Bremen, and Berlin. These meetings have already established themselves as a valued platform for open discussion on AI adoption and practical implementation.
Building the Vendor Portfolio
A core priority in the first year has been expanding the vendor portfolio with technologies that complement our focus on cybersecurity, AI, and emerging solutions. We have onboarded Unframe, IONOS, Cloudian, and Menlo Security, each bringing unique capabilities to partners and their end customers. This mix strengthens our offering across security, cloud, and data management.
We also introduced the Skyward Project – Climb’s structured AI Partner Programme. With its six-step framework and dedicated training modules, it gives partners a clear path to building and scaling AI practices. The programme has been well received across EMEA and is now an important part of our proposition in DACH.
Training and Enablement
Enablement has been central to our activities. In partnership with Unbuzz Consulting, we launched the AI Academy in the region. This structured training has already served as a strong door opener with both vendors and partners, and has helped to establish Climb as a reliable provider of knowledge as well as technology.
Alongside this, we rolled out the AI Readiness Campaign, which includes a practical checklist to help organisations assess their starting point and prepare for AI integration.
Strengthening Local Operations
Beyond events and campaigns, we have taken important steps to build the operational structures needed for long-term growth. A German legal entity has been created to serve partners more efficiently, and we recently launched our German website, providing tailored content for the DACH audience. These developments ensure that our presence is not only visible but also practical in terms of day-to-day service delivery.
Our first year has been about establishing a credible presence, listening to partners, and putting the right foundations in place. The next stage will focus on expanding programmes, broadening the scope of our events, and continuing to bring technologies to market that open new opportunities for the channel in DACH.
We are grateful to all our partners and vendors for the collaboration and trust shown during this first year. The progress so far gives us confidence for what lies ahead, and we look forward to continuing this work together.
