With Love, Climb: Employee Stories of Giving and Gratitude
December 15, 2025
At Climb, our greatest strength lies in the people who make our mission possible. Through our “With Love, Climb” campaign, we’re proud to share the inspiring stories of employees who embody our culture of care; whether by giving back to their communities, supporting charitable causes, or going the extra mile for others. These moments of kindness and connection remind us that our impact extends far beyond business.
Take a look at the inspiring stories below and join us in celebrating the heart and soul of Climb through the voices of our incredible team.
“Over the past two years, Climb has proudly supported C.A.S.T. for Kids, a nonprofit that enriches the lives of children with special needs through the joy of fishing. This partnership was inspired by Howie Evans, VP of Sales at Dallas Digital Services, who leads a local chapter in Grapevine, TX. With financial support and hands-on volunteer efforts, Climb has helped make these events truly special. C.A.S.T. for Kids empowers children, uplifts families, and strengthens communities through meaningful outdoor experiences. Together, we celebrate these children and the joy they bring to all of us.”
“As part of my bridal shower, I asked guests to donate to Muddy Paws Rescue, a wonderful organization in New York City that rescues, supports, and rehomes stray and abandoned dogs. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised over $2,000 for their mission! This cause is close to my heart, and I’m so grateful for the incredible support from friends and family. The best part? My grandpa fell in love with one of their dogs and adopted Caboose this November!”
“In memory of Peter McGuigan and his inspiring commitment to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey, the annual golf outing honors his legacy while raising awareness and support for the foundation. Introduced to us through our reseller partner Aspire Technology Partners, Climb proudly participated by bringing Kiteworks and LogicMonitor on board as event sponsors. This meaningful collaboration reflects the spirit of giving and partnership that defines our community. Together, we celebrate Peter’s impact and continue supporting the causes that mattered most to him.”
“Five years ago, Kevin Cohen and I set out to raise epilepsy and SUDEP awareness with The Danny Did Foundation, and what began as a push-up challenge has grown into a powerful movement, culminating in an annual golf event that has now raised over $1 million. Climb is proud to support this cause alongside our vendor community, helping turn compassion into action. Through events like Danny Did 5.0, we celebrate the strength of community and the impact of giving back. It’s a testament to what’s possible when purpose meets people who care deeply.”
“Being part of the Boston community means so much to me, and one of the things I love most is the chance to work alongside incredible partners like Wasabi, headquartered right here in my city. I’m thrilled to share that the Wasabi Fenway Bowl is coming up this December, which is a celebration that goes beyond football. This event shines a spotlight on the educators and administrators who inspire us every day and honors students who have overcome challenges to achieve their dreams. It’s a reminder that education truly changes lives and that when we come together as a community, we can create opportunities for a brighter, more equitable future. I’m proud to support an event that champions learning and lifts up those who make it possible. Here’s to celebrating resilience, dedication, and the power of education!”
“This holiday season, two amazing teams gave their time and energy to support our community! One team, Ann Carothers, Wendy Bell, and Chuck Hulan, volunteered at the Madison Food Pantry, carefully weighing and packaging brown rice to help families in need. Then the next day, Denise Johnson, Andrea Donelson, and Mike Weisensel rolled up their sleeves to package frozen spaghetti, making sure every meal counts for those who rely on these resources. The demand at local food pantries is higher than ever, and we couldn’t feel more grateful to contribute!”
“While Trend is known for their industry-leading technologies, what sets them apart is their people and corporate culture. There have been countless examples of service in local communities across the globe, and this year it was evident in my own city. I work with the local chapter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, and this year our channel manager at Trend helped us raise funds so a young athlete could join his football team at a tournament in Florida. This would not have been possible without Trend’s contribution. Thank you for caring, Trend Micro!”
“Together, the Climb Team turned gratitude into action! We collected hundreds of pounds of food and provided meals for over 500 people this Thanksgiving and beyond. Thank you for making a difference!”
“This holiday season, our NJ office is continuing its tradition of giving back to the community by partnering with the Highlands Fire Department (HFD) for their annual Toys for Tots event. Each year, HFD invites local children to the firehouse to meet Santa, enjoy treats, and pick out toys for the holidays. This initiative is especially meaningful as several Climb employees have close ties to the fire department. In the past, thanks to the generosity of Climb employees, we have helped sponsor over 15 families and brought joy to roughly 200+ children each year with toys, candy canes, cookies, and hot chocolate. We look forward to making this year a success as well!”
