Climb Cyber Trick-or-Treat Terms and Conditions 

General Information 

  • The promoter is Climb Channel Solutions (“Climb”). 
  • Climb reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. 
  • This campaign launches on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 at 10am. 
  • The competition period runs from Wednesday, October 7th, 2025 at 10am until Friday, October 21st, 2025 at 10am. 

Eligibility 

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 
  • The competition is open only to reseller partners located in Ireland and the UK. 
  • You do not need to be a transacting partner of Climb Channel Solutions to enter or win the competition. 
  • The competition is not open to any employees of Climb Global Solutions or its affiliates (including Climb Channel Solutions, Greymatter, Climb Global Solutions, and Climb Global Services). 
  • Entries made using a false name or false email address will not be accepted. 
  • Only business email addresses are permitted; free email accounts (e.g. @gmail, @outlook) are not valid. 
  • All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. 

How to Enter 

  • A new vendor and “Trick-or-Treat” will be launched every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am during the campaign. Each will include a question that must be answered to enter. 
  • Entrants must answer the vendor question correctly to be eligible to win. 
  • There will be eight vendors in total, and therefore eight entry opportunities. 
  • Only one entry per vendor per person is allowed, but entrants may submit entries for all eight vendors. 
  • Questions launched on Tuesday at 10am close on Friday at 10am. 
  • Questions launched on Thursday at 10am close on Monday at 4pm, except the final question on Thursday, October 30th at 10am, which closes on Friday, October 31st at 10am. 
  • Climb reserves the right to exclude entries from ineligible participants or disqualify any entrant for non-compliance or fraudulent behavior. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winners of the 8 sweet hampers will be selected at random using a computer-generated random draw or raffle. 
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. 
  • Winners will be contacted directly by the Climb Marketing team via email. 
  • Winners must confirm their delivery address within 7 days of notification; otherwise, an alternate winner will be selected. 
  • Climb will not publish any winner’s personal information without their prior knowledge and explicit consent. 

Prizes 

  • There are eight prizes available, each consisting of a sweet hamper. 
  • Photos of hampers shown on the landing page may differ from the actual prize. 
  • Hamper contents may vary depending on the winner’s location and availability. 
  • No cash or voucher alternatives are available. 
  • Delivery times of prizes will vary. 
  • Prizes are awarded on the understanding that the recipient and their employer are responsible for any benefit-in-kind tax obligations. Neither Climb nor its affiliates accept responsibility for tax declarations, which remain the responsibility of the winner and their employer. 

Data Protection and Marketing 

  • Details submitted during the campaign will be stored and processed solely by Climb Channel Solutions. 
  • Data will be used for administration of the competition and for future marketing communications based on legitimate interest in compliance with data protection laws. 
  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. 

Legal and Other Terms 

  • By entering the competition or accepting any prize, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
  • Climb reserves the right to suspend or cancel the participation of any individual at its discretion. 
  • In the event of any dispute, Climb’s decision shall be final. 
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Climb’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.climbcs.com/uk/legal/privacy/. 
  • The onus is on the winner and their employer to declare any benefits to the Tax Office and operate PAYE/PRSI as necessary. 
  • The competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and/or Ireland, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
