Charles Damerall – Senior Director UKI – SolarWinds

Charles Damerell is Senior Director of United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) Sales at SolarWinds. Damerell brings over 20 years’ experience working in the technology sector to the position. He leads the company’s UK sales strategy, managing direct and indirect sales teams, channel partnerships, and global strategic alliances. Damerell, is focused on current and new market sectors. This includes enterprise and an expanded public sector, including central government, defence, education and local government. Prior to SolarWinds, he held positions at Astadia®, AVG®, T-Mobile®, and International Network Services (INS), where he implemented a range of fast-start, sustainable go-to-market strategies.

Andrew-Snell

Andrew Snell – Business Development Manager – Climb Channel Solutions

Andrew is the SolarWinds Business Development Manager at Climb. He can help resellers find the right solutions and licences for their customers and is the connection between the resellers and the vendor.

Glen Kershaw

Glen Kershaw, Director of Sales, EMEA & APJ, Loop 1

Glen has worked with SolarWinds software for over 20 years and has been instrumental in developing and continuing to nurture the strong global partnership Loop1 has with SolarWinds today. He holds all available SolarWinds Sales Expert (SSE) certifications and has a deep understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM). In his current role as Director of Sales for EMEA & APJ, he provides strategic leadership for our account management team and continues to nurture the many longstanding client relationships we are fortunate to have built over the years.

Greg-Forsyth

Greg Forsyth, Principal Solutions Strategist, Loop 1

As Principal Solutions Strategist at Loop1, Greg focuses on delivering tangible value for our clients by providing strategic insights into monitoring and observability solutions. As an accomplished IT monitoring and NOC specialist, he is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing monitoring systems.

He started his career as a Service Desk Specialist before working client-side as a Network Operations Centre Analyst and Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer for over eight years. This client-side experience has provided Greg with a wealth of experience in understanding the real-world pressures our clients face in designing, implementing, and managing their infrastructure monitoring and full-stack observability platforms.

Greg holds an SCP (SolarWinds Certified Professional) accreditation in Network Performance Monitor (NPM).
