Climb’s Compliance Café Terms & Conditions 

  • Climb Channel Solutions “Climb” reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.  
  • The competition will open from 10am on 12th Mach 2025, and close on 4pm 4th of April 2025 
  • Entrants must be 18+ to take part.  
  • This competition is not open to any Climb Global Solutions employees (including Climb Channel Solutions, Greymatter, Climb Global Solutions and Climb Global Services.) 
  • False name or false email address will be excluded from the competition.  
  • All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.  
  • Only reseller partners located in Ireland and the UK are eligible to take part in this campaign. Anyone outside this remit who submits to take part will not included in the weekly draw. 
  • You must answer the question correctly to be eligible to be entered into the weekly draw. 
  • Climb reserves the right to not include anyone who we believe is ineligible.  
  • You will have a limited time to enter each week, with weekly questions launching at 10am GMT on Wednesdays, and will close on Fridays at 4pm GMT. 
  • A submission with a correct answer does not guarantee a you will win a prize. 
  • Maximum of one entry per person, per week.  
  • If discovered that multiple submissions were made by the same person, even using different email addresses, phone numbers or locations, only one entry will be included in the weekly draw. 
  • Only business emails will be accepted. No free email accounts can be used to enter e.g. @gmail, @outlook, etc.  
  • Climb reserves the right to cap the number of entrants per week  
  • Winners will be contacted directly by the Climb marketing team and liaised with via email.  
  • Delivery times of lucky dip prizes will vary depending on prize chosen.  
  • By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Climb Marketing Department, its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.  
  • Weekly winners will have until 5pm on Wednesday 9th of April to pick their prize and submit their details for delivery. If the do not, another winner will be chosen. 
  • Prizes are awarded on the understanding that the recipient and their employer are fully aware the recipient may be eligible for benefit in kind tax.  

Prizes

  • All prizes are linked below – although they may come from a different website or shop depending on availability and your location.  
  • Climb will do our best to ensure we can purchase the chosen prize and in the colour you desire.  
  • If your chosen prize is unavailable, you must choose a different prize.  
  • Every winner can choose one prize only from the list below.  
  • Cash or voucher alternatives are not an option.  
  • Below are all prizes available: 
  • €50/£50 Voucher to your local coffee shop/cafe 
  • Vouchers must be available to purchase online via a website to choose this prize. 
  • Vouchers must only be gotten for branded coffee shops such as StarBucks, Costa, Café Nero, Pretamanger, etc. 
  • Climb are not obliged to purchase a voucher for a shop it believes does not meet these guidelines. 
  • If the coffee shop or cafe is local to the winner, can be purchased online, and is not a names brand listed above, then it is up to Climb whether or not that they can choose this prize. 

  
The onus is on the individual and their employer and NOT Climb to declare these benefits to the Tax Office and operate PAYE/PRSI as necessary. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Climb’s Privacy Policy which can be located at https://www.climbcs.com/uk/legal/privacy/   

By participating in this competition or accepting any Prize, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Climb reserve the right to suspend or cancel an individual person from the program. In the event of any dispute, Climb shall have the final say.
