Jay has worked for Climb for over 8 years, taking on a variety of roles across the organization. He began his journey in the inside sales and vendor management teams, later moving into leadership as Director of Inside Sales for the East. As Climb continues to grow, so do its territories—and Jay was thrilled to step into the Field Rep role for the newly established NY/NJ Metro territory.
He’s known for running an operationally strong region, using data to drive strategy and connect Climb’s emerging vendors with the partner community. For Jay, growth in distribution is all about connection—and nothing beats a good old-fashioned handshake. As he ramps up support in the NY/NJ Metro area, he’s already planning targeted events, including a Climb Summit modeled after successful programs in other regions.
Based in the heart of the NY/NJ Metro, Jay sees major opportunity to engage with local vendors and VARs. He’s easily reached by phone or email and always ready to connect.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys life with his family, staying active and making the most of every moment. He loves teaching his two kids new things, getting out on the golf course, grilling, and cheering on the New York Mets, Jets, and Knicks.
