This year’s event was held March 2–4 at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Florida—a stunning coastal resort setting that set the stage for three days of executive-level networking, strategic planning, and collaboration. Under the theme #RUNWITHUS, Climb’s top vendors, high-performing reseller partners, and executive leadership came together for Speed Networking sessions, executive panel discussions, breakout workshops, an Awards Dinner, and resort excursion activities including spa experiences and a backwater fishing charter—all designed to celebrate 2025’s success while aligning on the strategies to drive channel growth in 2026.

Climb’s annual Sales Kick Off (SKO) is a flagship multi-day event that brings together Climb’s executive leadership, sales, marketing, and channel teams alongside strategic vendor sponsors for networking, enablement, and relationship building. Vendor sponsors gain direct access to Climb’s full North American team—making it the ideal opportunity to build lasting partnerships and ensure their solutions are top of mind with Climb’s field reps and account managers. This year’s event took place January 20–22 at the Intercontinental Hotel in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter. Over 200 attendees—including Climb’s executive leadership, field and inside sales, marketing, vendor management, and strategic vendor sponsors—came together for three days of general sessions, a DISC team-building workshop, a Vendor Fair, the signature Shark Tank pitch competition, and an unforgettable welcome dinner at the House of Blues. SKO 2026 set the tone for the year ahead under the theme #RUNWITHUS, celebrating the prior year’s accomplishments and aligning on the strategies to power smarter growth across the channel.
