Climb’s Golden Ticket Giveaway 2024 Terms & Conditions

  • Climb Channel Solutions “Climb” reserves the right to withdraw, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. 
  • The competition will open at 10am on 19th November 2024 and ends on the 11th December at 10am. 
  • Entrants must be 18+ to take part. 
  • This competition is not open to any Climb Global Solutions employees (including Climb Channel Solutions, Greymatter, Climb Global Solutions and Climb Global Services.)
  • False name or false email address will be excluded from the competition. 
  • All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. 
  • Only reseller partners located in Ireland and the UK are eligible to take part in this campaign. Anyone outside this remit who submits to take part will not be sent a chocolate bar. 
  • You must answer the question correctly to be elidgible to recieve a chocolate bar.
  • Climb reserves the right to not include anyone who we believe is ineligible. 
  • Only the first 150 submissions with the correct answers will be sent a chocolate, with a cap of 150 chocolate bars being sent out every week across UK and Ireland. 
  • You will have a limited time to enter each week, weekly questions will only be open for 24 hours. 
  • A submission with a correct answer does not guarantee a chocolate bar is sent. 
  • Maximum of four chocolate bars can be sent out to one individual. 
  • Maximum of one entry per person, per week. 
  • If discovered that multiple submissions were made by the same person, even using different email addresses, phone numbers or locations, only one chocolate bar will be sent that week. 
  • Only business emails will be accepted. No free email accounts can be used to enter e.g. @gmail, @outlook, etc. 
  • If no physical address is provided when answering our weekly question or only partial address is provided, then no chocolate bar will be sent to the entrant. 
  • Each question will be available for a limited time only either from Tuesday of that week at 10am GMT, until Wednesday 10am GMT of the same week i.e. 24 hours later OR the question may close early if we reach the 150 valid submissions of that week. 
  • Due to the limitations in chocolate bars available, Climb reserves the right to cap the number of entrants per week to manage shipping logistics. 
  • Winners will be contacted directly by the Climb marketing team and liaised with via email. 
  • Please allow 3-4 days for delivery of your chocolate bar. 
  • As this promotion is being run during the festive period, please expect some delays in delivery of both chocolate bars and prizes. 
  • Delivery times of lucky dip prizes will vary depending on prize chosen. 
  • By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Climb Marketing Department, its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. 
  • Golden ticket winners have until 5pm GMT on Friday 3rd January 2025 to choose a prize from the lucky dip. If no prize is chosen by this time, they will not receive a lucky dip prize. 
  • Prizes are awarded on the understanding that the recipient and their employer are fully aware the recipient may be eligible for benefit in kind tax. 
  • Prizes 
    • All prizes are linked below – although they may come from a different website or shop depending on availability and your location. 
    • Climb will do our best to ensure we can purchase the chosen prize and in the colour you desire. 
    • If your chosen prize is unavailable, you must choose a different prize. 
    • Every golden ticket winner can choose one prize only from the list below. 
    • Cash or voucher alternatives are not an option. 

 
The onus is on the individual and their employer and NOT Climb to declare these benefits to the Tax Office and operate PAYE/PRSI as necessary. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Climb’s Privacy Policy which can be located at https://www.climbcs.com/uk/legal/privacy/  

By participating in this competition or accepting any Prize, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Climb reserve the right to suspend or cancel an individual person from the program. In the event of any dispute, Climb shall have the final say.
