SolarWinds announced a significant enhancement to its Transform Partner Program. This initiative, which underscores SolarWinds’ commitment to its global channel-first policy, is designed to empower solution providers with even greater opportunities and benefits.

Last October marked the launch of the Transform Partner Program, a clear testament to the channel’s importance within SolarWinds. According to Chad Reese, President of Sales and Global Channel Chief, this year aims to take the program to new heights. The enhancements include expanded benefits for tiered partners, including distributors, global systems integrators (GSIs), managed service providers (MSPs), and hyperscalers. Notably, programmatic rebates for top tiers and flexible targets are introduced, allowing partners to achieve their goals within six months.

SolarWinds has also reevaluated partner tiers based on their contributions and investments in the company. This renewed focus extends even to the lowest tier, the “authorized” level, with a dedicated effort to help these partners ascend the tiers through certifications, skill-building, and joint business plans.

A game-changer within the updated program is the introduction of an acceleration program, offering channel partners certifications across four key SolarWinds offerings, including database, IT service management, SaaS-based hybrid cloud observability, and SolarWinds observability.

With a staggering 300,000 global customers, including 96 percent of the Fortune 500 companies, SolarWinds provides partners with immense growth potential. The company’s expansion into the SaaS realm presents new opportunities, particularly for partners targeting cloud-native customers.
