
Key Operational & Invoice Changes
What is changing:
- DSS was acquired by Climb Channel Solutions, in August 2024. The DSS and Climb systems are being integrated.
- All software licensing vendor product orders should be placed with Climb.
- Communications regarding quotes and orders will come from an @climbcs.com email domain.
- DSS quotes expiring after the changeover date will be re-quoted by Climb.
When is it changing:
- The change is happening in April and the target date is 4/28.
What is not changing:
- You will still be working with the same team you know and trust!

With over 15 years of sales experience, Garrett brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and has contributed to a variety of unique projects throughout his career. We’re excited to have him on board!
When he’s not working, Garrett enjoys hiking with his wife, daughter, and their three dogs—a rescue mix, a Basenji, and a Great Dane. He also loves cooking with his daughter, especially their weekend favorite: pancakes from scratch. That love for food extends beyond the kitchen— Garrett cures and sells his own homemade bacon. That operation is fueled by his five smokers, making BBQ a serious passion at home!
